Delivery & Shipping

Deliver to my Address

• Items will be delivered to the address specified by you. There will be a delivery charge based on your location and weight of the package.
• Colombo Deliveries: within 48 hours & Outstation within 72 hours (this excludes Sundays, Bank, Public, Mercantile &Poya holidays) from the day on which the order was made, when placed no later than 16:00 (4:00pm).
• Please note delivery times are from date of dispatch.
• Please note that all Deliveries must be to a full postal address as deliveries are not accepted for PO Box addresses.
• A signature is always required for delivery as a mechanism to ensure that the item/s are in good condition at the point of delivery.
• We will contact you via email/SMSprior to dispatch of goodsto ensure your availability to receive the item/s.

 Returns Information

 Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, we will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.Exchange should be made within a reasonable time (usually 10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been dispatched to you.

• Returns via courier collection:

Complete our online form or email us on info@vitawell.lk with your request, stating reason for exchange and including the order reference and item number. We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return (this will entail and additional courier pick-up fee which we will inform you of, prior to pick up confirmation). However, courier fees will be free of charge if the goods dispatched are incorrect or damaged. 

• Returns via the Vitawell store

Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to exchange to the Vitawell store and tell the Manager you bought it online.

We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy.

There may be situations where the product is no longer available. In this instance, we will contact you to advise you of the situation and provide alternative products of which you can proceed with your order.

Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all size, weights and measurements quoted on this website are approximate.

Images of the products shown on this website are for illustrative purpose only. We have made every effort to display all product packages accurately. Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that product specifications are on this website due to continual product development through research and design specifications may change without notice.

Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address specified by you. Please note that our standard delivery of products is island wide. Our courier will make all deliveries to you. We do our best to secure delivery within 2 –4 Working Days Island wide. The cost of delivery will depend on the weight of the items. On delivery you will be required to sign a proof of delivery which shall be conclusive evidence that you have received your order.

Order Cancellation

Please note that once the order has been placed, Vitawell will NOT accept any cancellations.

Promotions

Promotional discount codes - We may from time to time offer promotional discount codes which may apply in respect of any, or certain specified, purchases made though this Website.
The conditions of use relating to any discount code will be specified at the time of issue. If there are multiple promotions going on, the discounted rate cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Items bought under promotions cannot be exchanged.

All Personal Information will be treated as confidential (Vitawell, however, reserves the right to disclose this information under exceptional circumstances set out below). 1. Where does Vitawell deliver to & how much does it cost?
Vitawell delivers islandwide and shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and the distance. Please refer Delivery & Shipping for more information.

2. How long does it usually take for an item purchased online to be shipped?
We strive to deliver orders within 3-4 working days. Please refer Delivery & Shipping for more information.

3. Which couriers do you use for your deliveries?
We use AceExpress for our deliveries as they have experience in effectively handling deliveries on this nature.

4. Can I track my order?
When you make an online purchase you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number which would help you to receive information regarding your order(s) from the relevant courier company.

5. What if I am not present to receive the package?
The courier company will call you before delivering your order. If you are not available to receive the package at the specified delivery address or do not continuously respond to the given contact number, you will have to pick up your package from the relevant courier company or the Vitawell store.

6. What payment methods do you accept online?
We currently accept Amex and will have Visa &MasterCard Debit & Credit cards online within the coming few weeks. We also have Cash on Delivery as a payment option for convenience.

7. Can I order items online that I saw in-store?
In most cases, we will have what you saw in-store, online, in which case you can place an order based on availability. However, sometimes, we may only have certain items online, in which case you will need to order within the available choice.

8. Can I purchase items in-store that I saw online?
You can check in-store if that particular item is available. Often certain items online are part of our exclusive web collection and are only available for purchase online.

9. Why do I need to sign-up to make an online purchase?
Registering with us helps speed up the ordering process for you and allows you to keep track of your orders. It also assists in re-ordering as we maintain a record of your previous purchases.
