Exchange Policy

Should you wish to return anything bought from us online, we will be happy to exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition.Exchange should be made within a reasonable time (usually 10 days) and in original, undamaged packaging along with the invoice. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully re-saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange. A refund of the delivery charge will be given in the instance incorrect, damaged or faulty goods have been dispatched to you.

Returns can be made through either of these options:

• Returns via courier collection: 
  

  Complete our online form or email us on info@vitawell.lk with your request, stating reason for exchange and including the order reference and item number. We will email you back with further instructions and we will arrange for the courier to come to collect the product you wish to return (this will entail and additional courier pick-up fee which we will inform you of, prior to pick up confirmation). However, courier fees will be free of charge if the goods dispatched are incorrect or damaged.

• Returns via the Vitawell store
  
  Simply take the dispatch note and the product you wish to exchange to the Vitawell store and tell the Manager you bought it online.
