Vitamin C is also a powerful antioxidant, helping to protect cells from free radical damage which may contribute to the development of cardiovascular disease, cancers and other diseases.

Nature’s Way Vitamin C 500mg helps increase the body’s absorption of iron.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 500mg.
As ascorbic acid 180 mg as sodium ascorbate 360mg.
No added glucose, sucrose, yeast, artificial preservatives or egg.
Contains milk and milk products, lactose, sodium, salts, and sugars.

Adults and children over 12 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1-2 tablets daily.

Children 4-11 years: Chew (do not swallow whole) 1 tablet daily.

For colds at onset of symptoms (in adults): Chew 2 tablets each hour for the first 6 hours – do not exceed 12 tablets on the first day. On the second day, chew 2 tablets 3 times every day until symptoms subside, or as advised by your healthcare professional.

Drink plenty of water.
