Nature's Way Beauty Collagen Mature Skin has been formulated with twice the collagen of our original Beauty Collagen tablets plus antioxidant skin care hero's Vitamin A (as retinol acetate) and Vitamin C which reduce free radicals that form in the body.

Each tablet contains:
– Collagen 1.25g
– Vitamin A (as retinol acetate 50.32mcg) 43.75 mcg/RE
– Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 11.25mg
– Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. 29 micrograms. Std. Equiv. to dry root dry 2.61mg. std. to Resveratrol 14.5mcg (of Reynoutria japonica)

Serving  Suggestion:
Adults take 4 tablets daily or as directed by your healthcare professional

Cautions:
If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take a Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men.
Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
